We are committed to remain well versed in retirement plan law. We will only hire staff who are committed to the accuracy of their work, friendly to clients, and organized. In addition, our staff will be required either to have credentials in the retirement plan industry, or are working toward their credentials. Those working toward their credentials will be well trained to perform the work they are given and closely supervised by senior staff to ensure the accuracy of their work.
We will use technology to provide a secure, paper free, convenient, and confidential option for transmitting documents.
