Our firm sponsors the Legal Plan Document.  After the plan design is complete, we will prepare the Plan Document and Summary Plan Description. In addition, all interim amendments and periodic restatements for the plan will be prepared on our client's behalf.

As needed, our firm will promptly provide the necessary forms to request a participant distribution, loan or hardship distribution. In addition, loan amortization schedules will be provided.
