Administration reports will be provided to the Plan Sponsor which includes the employee eligibility and years of service, contributions by type, participant account balances and activity, nondiscrimination test results, and a reconciliation of the trust assets.

The annual Form 5500 (and its related schedules), Summary Annual Report, Forms 8955-SSA and 1099-R will all be prepared as needed each year.
​
Participant statement reporting will be provided if the investment vehicle is not already providing them, or if they do not have the content or disclosures required by the current law.
